Tuition & Fees Bill

When will I receive my first tuition and fee bill for the term?
  • Tuition and fee bills are printed approximately 10 business days prior to the first day of instruction for the term
  • Tuition and fee bills should be received approximately 5 business days prior to the first day of instruction
  • For up-to-date information regarding Student Tuition Account balances, including due dates,
    • Log on to http://my.wisc.edu
    • Choose Student Center
    • Under the Finances section of My Account, choose Tuition Account Summary/Make a Payment.
Where will my tuition and fee bill be sent?
  • Tuition and fee bills are sent to an active Billing address if the student has set one up. If no Billing address is set up, bills will be sent to an active Mailing address.
  • All other correspondence (including student refund checks) from the Bursar's Office is sent to an active Mailing address
  • If you have NOT entered a Billing address and do NOT have an active Mailing address, correspondence will be sent to your active Home address
  • It is the student's responsibility to keep a current Billing, Mailing and Home address at all times. To change your addresses,
    • Log on to http://my.wisc.edu
    • Choose Student Center
    • At the bottom of the page, you can view, update and delete your addresses.
    • If you do not see a Billing address, add one by choosing the Add a New Address button.
What if I did not receive my tuition and fee bill?
  • A tuition and fee bill is NOT needed to make a payment
  • For up-to-date information regarding Tuition Student Account balances, including due dates,
    • Log on to http://my.wisc.edu
    • Choose Student Center
    • Under the Finances section of My Account, choose Tuition Account Summary/Make a Payment.
  • You are responsible for making your payment on time even if you do not receive your tuition and fee bill.
